TPS and auto transmission woes

I've recently had to take my throttle body off to change out a coolant hose. After I finnished the job and put it back together the OD light flashes on start up a good 10 plus times. Since then the auto transmission won't go into OD and shifts at around 2800 rpm's. I'm guessing it is running in safe mode. Do I need to reset the ECU or something? I didn't mess with the TPS so I don't know what gives. Any Ideas?

Check the TPS harness connector pins for any oxidation.

Nope none there, and I even cleaned it with electric cleaner spray.
