How does it work? Do people go to mechanic/dealer when they change from winter set to summer set? Does a car has to be paired with set of sensors? Or if these are right sensors the car would eventually recognize them?

i think you don't need to go to mechanic, summer heat don't affect your ride, just always check the engine, brakes, tires etc. you know the basic things to check before you go.

I believe you can use 2 sets of sensors, but you have to have them "snyc'ed" with the car.

You could use the same set and swap the TPMS between winter/summer wheels, but that would most likely be more than paying the dealership to 1/2 labor to sync up the new sensors.
