09 Murano, any suggestions on aftermarket replacements. Due to the price I'm tempted
to forget the whole thing, any way of turning off the warning light?

TPMS sensors will have a lifespan of 6-8 years. Batteries cannot be replaced therefore needing replacement. I do not think yours need replacement, but the best way to tell is using a TPMS tool. You are better off taking it to a shop that can work on TPMS systems and having it cleared. Chances are, you just need one of those TPMS sensors reset to the ECM or BCM(whichever TPMS in your Murano communicates to). Also check your spare tire, as some spares do come with TPMS. Since spares sometimes never get used, PSI will drop over time, causing your TPMS light to glow nice and bright. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply, I'm going to replace my tires in the near future and was trying to look
ahead as to what I was going to need. Two tire shops have different opinions, buy new
sensors from the dealer and bring them in to be installed with the new tires,
another shop thinks they can be reset or test them when they remove the tires.
Several months ago I had the tires rotated and they were reset at that time and it
only lasted about a week. No sensor on the spare. Thanks all.
