tpms

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi,
Have got an ex35 , 2008 model. the TPMS does not show anything on the dashboard. have checked the wheels they haven't got any sensors.

would like to know if TPMS is there, as standard equipment on all models, and i just need to get the sensors if i need to activate the system
OR
can i buy the TPMS system as option ?

thanks for your support !

I believe TPMS is standard equipment on the EX35 and has been mandated by the Feds in the US for 2008 and newer passenger cars. I'm not sure if this is the case with Canadian models.

I would think that you can just get a set of sensors and have them programmed to the car to get the system to work.
If for some reason your EX is missing the TPMS entirely, aftermarket kits with a separate display unit are available on the market.
