Do you ever drive for long periods of time?
If not, you might want to plan a short road trip whenever you have some free time.
They usually require the car to be moving constantly for a certain number of miles before they register.

If that's not the case for you, you might need to find someone with a CONSULT tool to reset the learning mode.

drive on the highway for about 10-15 mins at around 65mph and it should come back. are you 100% certain these tpms worked before the rotation?

lol, unfortunatly yes, im 100% certain they worked before the tire rotation, as i used them every time i drove the car. since ive had the rotation ive definitely been on the highway at over 65 for at least 25 minutes. i guess ill have to see the dealer about this....grrrr  :tisk: :tisk:

i think i might have a consult tool in my garage, do you mean the device that plugs into the slot under the steering wheel?

did you rotate front to back or side to side? i've rotated my tires multiple times front to back and the TPMS always come back. Even when i had my tires swapped at the shop, the TPMS also came back without any resetting procedure.

It is possible that your TPMS took a dump on you :) i hope not but you never know. What's your mileage and year?

Some tire shops will come around to each wheel with their wireless device and reset each tpms at no charge.
I would call around in your area to see if any are willing to do that.

I just had four new tires put on and an alignment and only my front left side TPMS worked. I had to run the car at 70 miles an hour for at least 15 minutes and they all cam on. The service manual says you only need to go 40 miles per hour.

Unfortunately, the Nissan CONSULT is a lot more complex and different from a typical OBD-II scan tool.

You probably need to see the dealer for this. Or take it to the place that rotated the tires - if it was a tire dealer, many of them now carry the reset tools.
