Not sure what's going on with my 06' M35X TPMS so I'm putting this out to the forum. A couple of weeks ago I tried to get a TPMS reading on my tires for pressure because I got the low pressure tire icon on the dash. I checked the tire pressure and it was fine. I checked the M's onboard system and all 4 wheels produced no readout. I took the car to Discount tire as I do business with them and they replaced all 4 TPMS's about 2 years ago. The tires were rotated and balanced over 500 miles ago by Discount Tire. I've been told that after you have tires balanced and rotated it takes some time for the M's TPMS to catch up with pressure monitoring but not 500 miles. The tech checked the tire pressure which was right on and used their monitoring tool on all 4 wheel and said the TPM's were responding to his unit. He suggested I take the car to Infiniti as it must have something to do with onboard system not functioning. All other aspects of the system that provide feedback are working. I know one-time years before I had the sensors replaced, I had an issue with a couple of the units not producing a readout and Discount Tire went to the car with some type of unit and I believe they reset the system and they all were working. Does that make sense?
Anyway, If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this issue I'd appreciate your help.

If the warning light is on constantly it means a system failure. See WT-25 here:

It's unlikely to be a fuse, fuse #12 which supplies the TPMS Unit also supplies a bunch of other stuff. The TPMS Unit is CAN-active, so a capable scanner should be able to tell if it's online or not. It only transmits to the Meter Amp and the AV Unit, so if it's MIA you'll see U1000 codes from both of those devices.

I have consistently checked for error codes associated with the TPMS using my Actron OBD II scanner and I get 0 error codes each time and I get 0 tire pressure readout on the display screen on all 4 tires.

None of the scanners on Actron's website can read anything besides the engine/drivetrain, ABS, and airbag. You don't have the right capabilities to diagnose this.

Let me ask this question? Why are you posting on an M35/M45 forum when you identify as an owner of Nissan Altima's. Am I signed into the wrong forum? What I'm looking for is help in determining the problem issue as to why I'm not getting TPMS readouts from my M35X. Comments regarding "I don't have the right scanning technology" are not helpful unless you can identify scanning technology that can help identify the problem.

How about because I'm a Nissan master tech.

To see if there's a comm problem with the TPMS, you need a scanner which can read the cluster and AV Unit. Unless you want to buy a high end unit which can read those systems, you're poking in the dark. The cheapest alternative I know about is AutoEnginuity, a PC-based unit with a Nissan/Infiniti package available. In the shop I use a Consult3+, but I'm sure you don't want to pay $10K for one of those.

Now I'm sure you can find help elsewhere. Have a nice life.

yes, Discount Tire can reset those TPMS at request. you can try that to see if it fixes your issue if that hasn't been done since your last visit I think was 2 years ago...?
