The TPMS light is designed to come on at 29 psi. If you have more than 29 psi your light should turn off after hitting 25 mph. If your light is flashing when you first turn the car on, or the light will not clear with correct tire pressure, you have a fault code stored. Since you just installed the wheels I am going to have to assume that you did not put the sensors in the new wheels or you broke a sensor when mounting the tires. To get rid of the light you have to have 4 good sensors and they have to be programmed to your car. Or....... you could pull the bulb out of the cluster, but I would not recommend that.
