Hello Nico members, I have a question on the newer cars with TPMS. I gave in and bought aftermarket wheels for autocrossing. I wasn't going to in stall the TPMS sensors in the autox wheels, but someone told me if the ECM doesnt see TPMS signals from the wheels, it won't allow me to turn off the VDC. Anybody know if this is correct as I don't want the VDC to slow me down because of a little wheel spin. Thanks!

Unless I missed that memo, that information isn't accurate to my knowledge.

Thanks! Yes , you are correct RED_DET, I phoned The Tire Rack today, and they said while some car mfg. have began using this strategy, (Acura), Infiniti has not. Thanks again.
