TPMS after custom wheels

I'm looking into buying custom wheels for my M35, but I need some feedback from others who have done this.

Were there any complications or other expenses regarding swapping the TPMS sensors from OEM wheels to new ones?

Nope none at all, you buying from local shop or ordering wheels & tires?

I ordered mine, so I went to local shop, paid 40 bucks and had all four TPMS remove, replaced with reg valves...sent my TPMS to place I was buying wheels/tires. They installed TPMS, mounted & balance tires, shipped them all back...I switched stockies with the new 20s, rolled for about 5 days and all TPMS resynced.

Buying from local shop should be just easy except you eliminate the wait time I had.
