If I brought my brand new $50K+ luxury vehilce into the dealer and they gave it back to me with a M F'n Zip Tie?!?!? I would ask for an extra one and then zip it around the service guys neck!

i have to applaud them on getting a quick fix out... but at least have it color matched and make it less obvious that a zip tie is holding the mat in place. it looks so cheap that its simple brillance is not seen. This is were astetics comes in toyota!!!!
