I had some Toyo ProxesT1R's put on my 2006 G35 Coupe in May 08. I just brought the car in for brakes,alignment, and a tire rumble that started about a month ago. I was told to come to the tire shop because I was not going to believe them. The steel belts had warn through the inside edge of the tire and they were garbage after 9000 miles. I babied those tires. No hole shots, neg. g corners, just highway driving to work. I called town faire tire who told me that that was about right for the wear . Any where from 10-15000 miles which of course they dont tell you. Avoid these pieces of s*** like the plague Going with michelin Ps2.

You could have saved a bunch of money by looking at the treadwear rating and not buying such an extreme type of tire.

Toyo is a quality brand, just because you didnt research and made a decision tht your now upset about is no reason to bash a good company because their product isnt what you EXPECTED, those tires are NOT meant for longevity, if you wanted longevity out of a Toyo you should have gotten Proxes TPT's or Versado's

I am sorry you are unhappy with your toyo experience.

But . . . going to agree with the others. We don't live in a magical world where you get good grip, low wear, and cheap price out of a tire. Ultra high performance tires are a trade off. Amazing grip for high wear and price.

I got a set a yoho advan A032R S-comp. I expect little more than one summer road trip out of these tires (about 5000 km).

Bottom Line: tires = consumbable item.
