Ok guys, I need some quick opinions on these two tires. I have been running Khumo MX's for a while, and have really been happy with their performance. I found some cheap Toyo's, how do you guys think they compare to the MX's? Has anybody had experience with the Toyo's? Both?

Thanks..

Crappy. And for what size? T1-S's got discontinued in 2005. You're buying dead stock that's probably rock hard and dry rotted.

Not to mention both of these tires are sub-par in the UHP segment, and have soft sidewalls according to Jimmy (stealthx32).

Actually, I have the T1-S, and they're preferred by many to the new T1-R.

If I could find a pair in 275/40/17, I'd buy them right now...

True! Many customers wonder what the hell Toyo was thinking when they killed off the S in favor of a rock hard out of the box T1R.

Greg, what sort of tire are you looking for? Perhaps its time to try a new tire?

werd, especially since both hankook rs2's and falken rt615's are less expensive than t1r's...not sure about t1s's since nobody has them new

both the falkens and hankooks are better tires than the toyos too, at least imo

Again guys, I'll be able to do a side-side compariosn between the MX's and the T1's this weekend. It wont help many people since theyre a discontinued tire, but atleast you can get a ballpark comparison.

Thanks for the continued replies though.
