Yes they are sold at my company. They are a fine tire for everyday use, and long-wearing to boot. they were introduced, to fill the void between every other manufacturer's tires, rated at or near 60,000, and Toyo's premium touring radial, the Z800 Ultra. They needed a mid-grade tire. The Spectrum is said to be a 70,000 mile tire, where the Toyo Ultra is the mother-lode 100,000 mile tire.

I've driven on a set in snow/ice, well below the ideal temperature ranges of the tire, and had decent control. I've also burnt sets off doing burnouts, and have worn down the shoulders from too much hard cornering, spirited driving, in my g/f's corolla. sad but true.

All in all, the casing construction is very sound, and the tire is considered to be a premium touring all season tire.

more info can be found on the toyo website!
