Yes, I filmed and edited it all myself. I've been doing it for a while, self taught though and non-profit amateur stuff (not a paid professional here)

I used a Casio Exilim EX-F1 for its quality over framerate. Editing software is Adobe Premiere Pro (latest version, CS4). Intro graphics made in Adobe Photoshop. For this video I didn't use any special effects, but I sometimes do, and that's in Adobe After Effects. Sound work usually done in Sound Forge (the old version, I like it better, and only if going for 5.1 or a tough mix, if not, Premiere can hold its own). I export and save (back-up, archive) in the Indeo 5 codec and publish in H.264.
Sound is usually captured with a SENNHEISER boom microphone (although not for this video).
I use a normal tripod and, for this video, not a steadycam but a crane. It's ballanced and easily controlled. I have done the "run-and-gun" though many times (like here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8OuU0dHNNQ ). That's all done hand-held. Had to make it work through editing since the raw footage wasn't that great.
