Towing with an Armada or QX 56?

I am looking at purchasing an '07 Armada LE or QX 56 but I would like to know if anyone has done much towing with either? I would be pulling a smaller horse trailer or a 20' cargo trailer regularily but we alrady own a truck and I don't want another one. These 2 seem to have the higher towing capacity. What has anyone out there experienced??? And what do all of you recommend between the 2...I just can't decide between the 2!!!

good to here that someone els is using an Armada or QX to tow!

I currently have a 2005 QX56 and I use it to tow once a month and sometimes twice a month. I have a 2,000lb race car and a 2,000lb trailer that I have to tow to Willow Springs (thats about 90mi away) somehow to me the "tow mode" waste more gas..the cars got huge amount of power even tows, I can hit 100mph with no problem (call me crazy) but it wastes lots of gas! but if you drive very conservatively around 60-70mph you should be using 1/4 tank going a distance of 90mi.

All Armadas and QX45s tow like champs!!! I had a trailer load of 40 sheets of drywall, and it towed so nice and smooth!

I tow a 21' Skyline Nomad house trailer and my qx56 pulls it great. I wish I was pulling a Nissan Skyline, on a trailer, but I'll take what I can get :P
