Touchscreen Problem

I have a 2019 Rogue which is the second one I have owned. I have never had a problem until now.

Suddenly, yesterday, the touchscreen became unresponsive. On every screen the onscreen "buttons" are grayed out. I tried turning everything on and off again with no success. Before I call Nissan service I was wondering if I'm missing an easy fix.

If it's like the 2014 Rogue, hold the Power button in until the screen goes black and the Nissan logo appears. That reboots the radio/nav unit.

If it still doesn't work, you can always try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it.

As it turns out the next morning I started the car and the system was working again. If it recurs I'll try your suggestion. Thanks.

Just an FYI, in order for system bugs to be worked out, Nissan needs to be aware of them. You have the latest model Rogue, still under full warranty. You need to tell your dealership about this problem so they have a record of it.
