I just called mine today and they didnt know what I was taking about lol. Another place that could help is automotivetouchup.com, I just ordered a can from them to do a project with some malbec black.Se@ttleM35S wrote:Go to your local Sherwin Williams Automotive. They mix and match your paint perfectly to OEM. Depending on the size of the scuff I'd get at least the paint and clear coat.
I bought some of their primer, paint, and clear coat when I fixed some curb rash on my passenger side lower bumper. I thought it looked pretty decent when i was done...all that prepwork and sanding, painting, sanding, etc. didn't matter because I ended putting the front lip spoiler on after i finished the repainting job-LOL. it was good practice if i ever want to tackle a paint repair job again. (sorry don't have pictures-on old computer whose hard drive completely died.)mexillis wrote:I just called mine today and they didnt know what I was taking about lol. Did you call the local Sherwin Williams or the local Sherwin Williams Automotive? There is a difference between the two. Ones for commercial/housing paint and the other is automotive.mexillis wrote:I just called mine today and they didnt know what I was taking about lol.
