As Leo identified, as long as they have the same "PAINT CODE" they should be the same color.

Correction... Actually Phantom White is QX1 not QX3
That said... be aware that Pearl White QX1 is applied in a two step process. Like the factory any touch up you need to do should be applied in the same manner. There is also a clear coat involved. So... you actually need to buy three bottles of paint to touch up Pearl White.
If you buy brush-on QX1 touch up from a Nissan Dealer you will actually get TWO bottles of paint. One bottle is the base coat, the other bottle is the top coat. You apply the base coat first and allow it to dry completely, then apply the top coat. Wait 24 hours, then apply the clear coat.

Confusing the issue... Nissan makes a QX1 touch up paint in rollerball pen that has a cap at each end. One is the color, the other end is the clear coat....

This begs the question... what happened to the two part base coat / top coat process. Does it magically come out of the roller ball matching QX1 paint job? Answer: No! I've painted plenty of custom pearlescent paint jobs on cars and bikes over the years and pearlescent paint is a two step process.
As to the cost... $5.00 at Autoshack or $20 bucks from Nissan... I figure I dropped 20+ Grand on a new car... so why do I want to get cheap now? I'd rather spend $20 and get a touch up paint as close to factory as I can than spend $5, hate the results then have to do it all over again.
Fair warning... the purpose of touch up paint is actually more to protect the metal underneath and second... to hide the chip or damage. Most DIY touch up paint attempts always screams out (Hey look at me... I'm touch up paint)
