No, pen would not fix this, this repair requires sanding of the bumper, and re-applying primer, paint, and clear coat to build back up, and re-finish it. A good body shop will be able to fix that for around $600, if you are able to take off the bumper yourself, and take it to the shop, it might be half that price, which I would recommend, because it is soooo damn easy to take off.nimasa wrote:would the pen fix this:
