Touch-up Paint Mismatch

I purchased the factory touch-up paint (K36) for my magnetic gray versa. No matter how much I shake the container, I can't get a perfect match. Is anyone else having this problem, with this color?

also where did u buy it from ebay? or dealer.

nissan brand paint purchased from the dealer.

Pics would be good. I've never found any OEM touch-up paint that is an "Exact" match to its original color, but close.
