Hey, i was looking to get a touch screen to control the audio system of my car.I have the Bose setup in an 08 Altama coupe

Any suggestions?

And how hard are these to setup; I have very little tech experience with cars.

You might have better luck posting this in the audio section. I have the Kenwood DNX8120 and I love it. Doc installed it for me, but it wasn't that hard.

I have the Pioneer F700-BT running 3.0 firmware and I love it. The only thing it lacks is a lot of audio tuning abilities but it's decent for the price.

If you don't know what your doing, I would just get it professionally installed. I've installed stereos before so I had some experience, but I really wanted it done right

there's a full write up on this in both the Table of contents and the Audio section... its not a hrad install ....

the only thing that is a bit challenging is the steering wheel harness install, but the deck install is not that bad, especially with a step by step guide!

There are a lot of brands but I would recommend the Pioneer AVIC it has awesome features though it is pretty pricy so mind the value it will bring to your car and then decide.
