Totally stumped =( NEED HELP!

So i'm doing an SR swap on a friends car and when we went to fire it up, it wouldnt fire. It's getting injector pulse and spark BUT only on the #1 cyl. All 3 other cyl are not getting spark. The ECU we got from the importer is #AC...not #62, This is a S13 blacktop swap into an 89 s13, And after looking up the part # on the ECU it came up as a GTiR Bluebird SR20 ECU. So I go back to the shop the next day to try my ECU...nothing worked. No spark on any Cyl nor injector pulse.

The ECU works fine in my car..It is a chipped ECU for 550's and a Z32 maf but the car should still fire...let alone get spark/fuel. I am totally stumped on why the GTiR ECU turns on...but only sparks to one cyl, And the chipped #62 ECU wont even turn on it seems. Could it be possible that it's a bad ignitor chip? Because I unplugged the ignitor with the GTir ECU plugged in and got no spark...then plug it in and got spark to the #1 cyl. WTF is wrong with this car???...haha.

is it the stock ignitor chip or a z32 or q45 ignitor? I was told that generally they either work or don't work (all cylinders). I would check your coil pack harness and it's respective grounds (or wireing). As for the injector pulse you could possibly have stuck injectors, try a 6 volt battery with some leads going to the injectors and make them manually click ( I was told this is the way to properly clean these by a reputable source) doing this several times. I would swap your good injector to a bad one to see if that helps first.

But the injectors do click when the GTiR ECU was in, Not when the chipped ECU from my car is in. My car has a Q45 ignitor....his car has the SR ignitor. I'm going to swap the coilpack harness tomorow and see what happens...but I just dont get why it's not working with my ECU...but it will work with the GTiR ECU but only sparking on #1 cyl.......

during my swap i had crazy acting spark issues. tried 3 ecus. turned out to be ignitor chip. hooked up the q45 one spark all across the board. gl with that.

I'm kind of having the same issue, my car cranks but doesn't start. I'm not getting any spark at the spark plugs. This problem started to habppen after I change the tps and car started once for a couple of seconds and the stalled that was that...it does not start now. Could it be the same issue...?

I'm trying to get a different ECU from the importers the engine came from, Also trying to find another ignitor to use on the car, I have a Q45 igniter but dont want to cut the plugs and wire it into his car lol...hopefully a stock #62 ECU + new ignitor will work....
