Totaled the Daily Driver, Need to get 240 Street Legal

Long story short, my daily driver (a 95 Subaru Legacy) was totaled in a flood today. I have no comprehensive insurance on it and the car is just done. All electronics are dead, the water was up over the windows at one point and let all of it in.

So Im gonna try to get the Project in drivable shape so I at least have something for while I'm home over break. I need a cat back exhaust now and a 5 spd transmission within a month or 2. Can anyone hook up a deal.
