Well, I guess it's time to update again. Thanks for the offer, I greatly appreciate it. Basically, we've got the steering and suspension fixed, which wasn't too difficult. Now, I'm still having problems with the brakes. New brake booster and master cylinder, but still hardly any brakes. We've bench bled it, bled it, everything. The rear brakes are working, but still no front brakes. Also, the pedal has little pressure and can touch the floor. Any ideas? I need some help!

Do you have one of those load sensing valves? I had to bleed that on my truck.

Well, here's just an update, for anyone that cares:

The truck was taken to a local shop to get checked out. I thought this would be a good idea, after the owner built a shift knob for me, which turned out really good. But, it's been four weeks now and it hasn't moved an inch - REALLY annoying and nerve racking. He's supposed to check it out for me, align the front end, and fix whatever's left of my brakes. I put on a new brake master cylinder, brake booster, and a few new vac lines. Hopefully it'll be back soon. I'm only a high schooler working a minimum wage job, so who knows how long this is going to take.

Still no progress Lately I've been driving whatever is available, which is usually either a 2004 Mazda Tribute (can't believe the punch that thing has!) or a 1990 Toyota Corolla, which could potentially become a project car.

Good to see you continuing with it. I've out since October and only finished the exhaust manifold last Saturday. Completed the installation of the in-tank pump yesterday and dropped it off today. Waiting like you to hear from the mechanic now.

Well, I just got a call from the shop - they're actually about to start! It's been in there nearly nine weeks now, just collecting dust (among other things). They said the frame is straight, and I should be getting a parts list to start ordering parts. Then we can finally start on body work, thanks to a donor truck. Body work more than likely won't be too serious until summer due to school, but I don't mind driving it around naked for a while
