search button is your pal , and lots of time researching. parts are uncommon for jdm swaps, even worse for skyline swaps. be prepared to wait on parts.get a fsmsome of us here have had our swap done for a couple years and still have running issues with it.10k min for rb26dett swapi did a rb25 at 7k, totally stock engine.rb20 clips can be had at roughly 2k and it comes witheverything you need to get it in your car and running

For someone to do a RB26 swap at a decent price, you will have to be a very good fabricatorl

Oh yeah not to mention the Twin Downpipe!!

I'm doing a RB26 in a RHD s13 hatch right now. Total project cost including shell and conversion is 10,500. I won't have any bling on anything, in fact my shell was so rough I scraped all bolt on panels.

Shell=$1,100180 clip=$400 (lots attached, no more ca18)RB Parts List=$9,000Fabrication=Free..Saving TONS!

If someone was to approach me for this swap on any car other than a track car, it would be about 4k labor.

This swap is for those with deep pockets, a little d!ck or guys like me just trying to show off fab skills and get my fab shop started.. I know a lot of people are in need of a better mounts for cheaper prices. I can do this, and plan to.

i think it depends on 2 things- circumstance and situation.

1. do u already have the car? u save money there if u have one2. can u do ALL the labor yourself or w/friends? save money there3. do u mind used parts? u can save money if u find someone that dont want their old stock gtr parts4. if u find a company w/good clip or motorset that saves money cuz u dont have to spend as much on broken or too wore out parts5. deals like buddy this buddy that especially fab work!!!6. do u know people? save money there 2

everything really depends on so many variables that is why its so hard to give a good number so with that said i agree with the 8-10K.

I think its possible to do under 8k min but u have to get lucky and be patient for parts, deals, and u better have lots of friends w/connections!

this is my opinion but if u on a budget consider other alternatives as well. be realistic and get some numbers on everything. good luck

Real question???How much power do you want? What kind of driving are you going to be doing? (ie.. Street, Drag, Road Course, Auto X etc....) How much $$ do you have or want to spend? Then. What is PRACTICAL, Realistic and makes sense for you??

Just remember if you spend ALL your $$ PLUS on building the car, your not going to have any money to enjoy the car.

Plus once you have all that power, can your car STOP? Can it turn or go Straight??

Think about it.
