"Pulley" threads have been popping up like weeds lately on other forums. It kind of got me to thinking about the crankshaft damper on the Q. Dennis, do you see a need to ever replace this item? Has T-3 ever seen a failed crankshaft?

Not on 90-96 Q45, other Infiniti and Lexus models Yes.

Some on them have lots of added weights some almost none, it appear that they are [were] matched to the engine...........but I don't know how this was accomplished.
