Better to measure from the frame for sure. Also measure the back on level ground, from each frame rail to the ground. Spring sag, uneven tire wear, tire pressure, etc could change everything. Guess it just depends on how much detail you want to get into. Like lifting, lowering also effects overall alignment. I'm not sure about the corrections available to lowering, as the upper a-arm is mounted differently in 2wd than 4wd. I plan to find out soon when I start my 620 project, but I'm sure someone here might have some answers on the subject. Good luck =)
