Does anyone know how many clicks or turns of the torsion bars it takes to lower the front end around two inches?

it's kinda just play around and see.... try about 8-10 full bolt rotations

You may want longer blots than stock or drop spindles for 2". But, IDK what Stock can handle.

the bolts on mine were enough to take it to the ground if i wanted....

Had 3.5 inches of bolt sticking out above the nut, and the nuts are fairly long themselves. Although I'm thinking whoever had my truck before me cranked them way too high. What I've done to lower the front end is first to see if your frame sits level on it's tires, measure from tire to fender on both sides, you'll want to do this often through the process. Back down each bolt evenly, counting 1/4 or 1/2 turns and do the same to the other side until you reach your desired height. Hop up and down on the hood a few times after each adjustment, some even say go for a short test drive, this will settle out your suspension and show you where things will really sit.

It is better in my opinion to measure from the ground up to the botom of the frame on each side beneath the radiator. This takes out the possibility of a crushed/worn out or unevenly tightened body support. On the last 521 1 click = about 1" drop.

Better to measure from the frame for sure. Also measure the back on level ground, from each frame rail to the ground. Spring sag, uneven tire wear, tire pressure, etc could change everything. Guess it just depends on how much detail you want to get into. Like lifting, lowering also effects overall alignment. I'm not sure about the corrections available to lowering, as the upper a-arm is mounted differently in 2wd than 4wd. I plan to find out soon when I start my 620 project, but I'm sure someone here might have some answers on the subject. Good luck =)

can someone post a picture of where the bolts are that adjust the torsion bar allowing you to lower the front end?
