At low speed (5 or under) my torsion bars creaks, the truck did sit for a few months, are they breaking or can they be greased? I live on a dirt road and sometimes they travel their full stroke. Are the breaking or just rusted?

Most of the time it is the splines that are needing to be greased.

if that does not work some spray white lithium grease on all rubber parts will stop it for a while, those rubber bushings dry out over time, or replace them.

It's more likely the control arm bushings squeaking than the bars themselves.
