Torquing Head Bolts, what specs?

Hey guys, I've been searching in the FSM but I cant find the directions for torquing the head bolts down. Can someone please post this info ASAP so I can do it tonight

tighten all bolts to 22ftlbtighten all bolts to 76ftlbloosen bolts completelytighten all bolts to 22ftlbtighten all bolts to 76ftlb

make sure you do them in the correct order

front 9 3 1 5 7 rear front 8 6 2 4 10

also this is for the ca16de, but i used this on my ca18det without any problems

what did you use to grease the head bolts? my dad suggested this brake grease stuff but what am i supposed to use?

i used copper antiseize

comes in a small tube
