Torquing Head Bolts, what specs?

Hey guys, I've been searching in the FSM but I cant find the directions for torquing the head bolts down. Can someone please post this info ASAP so I can do it tonight :D Thanks!

tighten all bolts to 22ftlbtighten all bolts to 76ftlbloosen bolts completelytighten all bolts to 22ftlbtighten all bolts to 76ftlb

make sure you do them in the correct order

front 9 3 1 5 7 rear front 8 6 2 4 10

also this is for the ca16de, but i used this on my ca18det without any problems

what did you use to grease the head bolts? my dad suggested this brake grease stuff but what am i supposed to use?

i used copper antiseize

comes in a small tube
