Torque vales for front hub assembly?

2011 Front right hub, what are values for front hub and the smaller studs?

The big nut on the axle is 92 lbs/ft, the four bolts attaching the knuckle are 65 lbs/ft. See FAX-17 here:

Those links are actually for the EX, but the specs for that stuff are identical. The WT section for the '11 FX is missing.
