Well, in the process of getting my engine back together this weekend, I noticed my FSM doesn't show any torque values for the fuel rail (SOHC motor). Is this just basically just something where I should tighten them down as hard as I can, or does someone know the specific value they need to be torqued down to?

i've taken my fuel rail off many a time...there isn't a "correct" torque in any overhaul book. But DON'T tighten them as hard as you can get it. Just tight enough for it to not budge...you don't wanna risk damaging the head because you got a little angry with the bolts...

Your FSM doesn't show a torque table in the General Info section, which gives standard torque values based on shank diameter and material grade?

yes, it does.

TheDrumAndTheBass, if you have an 89, look on page GI-20.
