Torque specs

I can't find the torque and the sequence specs in the fsm for the head bolts. I've gone through every page and can't find anything on it. Can somebody tell me what page its on or if you know it let me know.

Thanks. I found it. The fsm I have jumps from em-26 to em-29. So I went to the h-dev.co.uk website and got it there.

Quick question. I took off my head to get new valves put in because some of them were bent. I'm ready to put it back together. Is it easier to put the head on first. Torque it down then put on the intake, or put the intake on the head then torque the head down.
