I am finally getting my S14 back together and now need the torque specs for the head bolts and the cams.

If anyone happens to have this info handy and would pass it along to me, that'd be fantastic and much appreciated.

Thanks. :)

Cylinder HeadStep 1- 22 ft. lbs.Step 2- 59 ft. lbs.Step 3- Loosen all the bolts completelyStep 4- 18-25 ft lbs.Step 5- 86-91 degrees clockwise (or if angle wrench is not available, tighten all bolts to 55-62 ft. lbs.)

Camshaft sprockets - 123-130 ft. lbs.

Camshaft Caps Step 1- 17 inch lbs.Step 2- 81-104 inch lbs. NOTICE this is INCH lbs. not FEET lbs.The sequence for tightening the camshaft caps is, if looking at the cylinder head from the exaust side (front towards your left), first, the far left top then bottom, far right top then bottom, and so on going back and forth towards the center. This sequence is for both the intake and exhaust cams.

The sequence for torquing the cylinder head down is, if looking from the exhaust side of head, again so the front of the head is to your left, first, the center top, then the center bottom, then the left center top, then the right center bottom, then the left center bottom, then the right center top, then the far left bottom, then the far right top, then the far left top, and lastly the far right bottom. (By the way, the correct loosening sequence is the exact opposite.)

Good Luck!
