Torque specs for exhaust bolts

Does anyone know or know where I could find what the torque specs are for tightening the following bolts:

1) The bolts that connect the Y-pipe to the exhaust manifold

2) The bolts that connect the Y-pipe to the Catalytic Converter

3) The bolts that connect the Catalytic Converter to the Midpipe (aka B-pipe)
