Torque specs are good

I was just about to do my brakes and i was going to go ahead and break all the lug nuts loose. I've had my car since November but never had to take off the wheel until now and i guess the guy that had the car before me was either superman or he likes to tighten the **** out of things with air tools. So far i have only gotten two lug nuts off and i've put the 4 way on, tried jarring em loose with the old hammer and i can stand on one side of the 4 way and pull on the other and that **** don't move. I'm actually turning the tire. Now im no genius, but i weigh 165 and being that im standing out on the end of the 4 way, that would definately give me some leverage so....yeah. If i remember correctly the torque specs on the lugs are around 70 ft/lbs. Anyways, i was just bored while im letting the penetrating oil do its job so i came in here since no one else is around to ***** at

well man, after i had my tires rotated , i told them dont dare use and impact gun on my wheels, well sitting their drinkin a cold coke from a glass bottle that cost me 10cent , i heard pvvvvrssssh, i was liek mutha FKER, well get it to the shop , we go to do somthing with the car need the front wheels off ! well after standing on the tire iron we freed them. im a heavy guy so they were on there way way to tight, well got them all off , we couldnt get the freakin wheels off! ! we tried droping it off the jack it bounced no luck we tried kickin them pulling them nothing. put it on the ground and bounced it then rolled it around some nothing, said screw it bolted it all back up and they still are stuck to the car i think

impacts are bad news. you could use one of those 3 feet long breaker wrenchs doogz. but be prepared to buy new wheel studs. because breaker wrenchs do just that hah.Just a thought

Carry a 3 foot lead pipe where your spare goes for a breaker bar :|

same thing happend 2 days when me and 2 buddys stopped to help his old man change a flat. He had just taken it brake master and at first when rex was stepping on the 4 way it rolled of the bolt grips..then after trying the rest of the lugs we realized they were all like that so he stood and pryed again, this time it came, but damn they were on good. He's about 170 and this was a kia something or other. Air tools > people strength.
