torque spec for a ka24de??? service manuels for a 240sx fastback 1992

yeah I know you guys get so much of these questions but can someone tell me the torque spec for the ka24de engine I'm changing the timing chain and I need a few specs also I how do I know if it is at zero degrees for the cam. and if any body has a service guide for the 240sx 1992 fastback it would help if they can make any electronic version of it on a web site or a place where we can download it? this would actually help prevent questions like this showing up again.
