Torque converter differences?

Can any of the techs or really technical gurus help me with the differences in these to torque converters?
Part #31100-1XR0A (2010-2011) $1228.62
&
Part #31100-1X0D (2011-2012) $1856.95
Infiniti parts on line says they interchange
The later have a higher stall speed?
