torn leather question/help

In washing and cleaning the car today I found a problem in the backseat leather. The seam towards the back is coming apart. Meaning the stitching is pulling out at one end of the seam. The leather is not torn and there is no wear in any of the interior what so ever. Question is, does anyone think that this will be covered under the original factory warranty that expires on the 14th. I plan to call the dealer tommorow and see what I can find out. Thanks for your input.
