You're using a Yahoo email account. Make the move to Gmail.

Maybe some screen shots will help?
Use the print screen button near the top of your keyboard, open up MS Paint, press paste, save and then host on imgur.com.

Open up the pics with MS Paint and then click save-as, then choose .jpg for file type. You might have to make an adjustment to the pic in order to save it as a new pic

I fwd'd them to my gmail, and whaddaya know, save as gives me jpeg files to save...YEA!!!
