I'm a sick sick person..

When you mentioned that it got hit by the car next to you, I burst out laughing just thinking about it. That's the kind of stuff you only see in cartoons. Sorry for not being more compassionate..

Freaking dogs.

I remember I was driving down a two-lane street at 35mph. Car in the left same-direction lane stopped for no apparent reason. I kept on going and then two dogs having sex (they were physically still attached to each other) came out from in front of the stopped car, hobbling in front of me. Fortunately, (back then) a late 80s Nissan Sentra is light and easy to bring to a stop.

If only dog owners would some day become responsible.

Same with parenting

Yup.

I don't understand why the hell people buy pets to abuse and mistreat. If you don't want it anymore, take it to the pound or something so someone else can adopt it. People make me angry.

poor doggie, but its not the owners fault, sometimes you do all u can to keeo your dog in your yard and he still gets out. I had a dog that would run through the eletric fence, we had the eletric fence at the highest level where the fence was 8 feet wide, but he still got out, so sometimes a owner can do all he can do and the dog still gets out

I would much rather hit the dog then possibly cause an accident.

Sometimes there is nothing you can do.Was it a car that hit it or a truck. I've had an owl fly into my headlight and it made me lock up my brakes. Same thing happened to me last yaer. Going to school a cat started running out fromt he side I hit the brakes and it misses me barely then turns looks at my car and the dam school bus hits it from behind. I was in shock, then laughed, then was like that was wrong. Usually whenever anything is in the road(like a crownd small rodents etc) I hit the gas cuz 90% of the time they move although for me it seems like 90% the freeze in which case I lock my brakes and then sit there and wait for them to move. The other day had an armadillo on my road I niled the gas the little thing didn't move. Was slowly driving over him(car not lowered so he had clearance) and I guess he got close to my exhaust cuz he jumped up hit the bottom of my car and then took off running.

i hit a dog last week. well actually he hit me. i was driving down a residential road, when i came to these bushes out came a dog from behind them and ran into the back (side) of the car (right behind the wheel). i looked in the review and he got up and sprinted across the road. my girl thought i killed him, but he was okay, it was a golden retriever i think. didnt like that. no damage to him or the car.

alot of dogs will not react to an electric fence purely because their neck muscles are too strong so the shock will not penetrate enough...the shock is definately strong, at least one mine. i tested it out by holding it in my palm while i walked past the edge...my hand literally seized and stayed open, i couldnt move it....it's strong enough...but u have ot understand in comparison...their skin is like leather, between the fact that it's thick, has lots of fat for warmth, fur, AND lots of strong muscle...it wont be nearly the same for them...especially BIG dogs like golden retreivers..to stay ont he topic of goldens as well, they're probably one of the most overexcited dumb dogs in the world...my dog has run into many things, including trees and a couple times the ground
