As a "shop", yes. They've continued to sell the mount kits though. And from what I heard, they still sell parts in general.

Yea he is no longer has a shop for buisness but however he is doing small projects out of his garage at home but a few guys that worked for him are rising with their own thing. Its not official but they have been doing work for a friend of mine and also a big plus for us southern people. These guys have been Making trips to japan bi-annually buying parts, cars and when i say buying parts, i mean lots of parts that are being transported by a barge. I cant wait to see these guys get bigger

I got one of Mike's mount kits chilling in the garage right now, its not the greatest thing in the world, but I couldnt beat the price.

I emailed him a while ago and he still will make downpipes and such as well, just there is a descent lead time on them

He is now using this email though

Mike's still kicking around, doesnt seem like you can keep a man like him down.

yea he gave me a f'd up transmission and a sr they did for a friend of mine just recently give out bc they had the main caps in this sequence..12543 instead of 12345..so this resulted in throwing the crank collars to the oil pan and totally screwing up the groves in the block where the collars go, so yea screw them i wouldnt buy anything from

Does JGY get their mounts from top hat because, my friend said his tophat mounts had the same cut out logo as the ones I got from JGY, This was like 3 years ago!

for a long time the jgy mounts were blatant copies of the tophat mounts...dunno if they buy them from tophat now.
