top worth repairing

heres a couple pics of the vert i pick up. the top looks pretty mangled. see how the stud is broken off the framelooks like sum one try to fix it but did a horrible job. now my quarter window doesnt go in the seal. so im try to decide to save the top or pull it out and put a rollcage in and a bikini top on it.
