Hey guys! Just a quick question, I'm getting the Top Speed Pro 1 Performance Catback exhaust installed on my car tomorrow and since my car is a 3.5, I need the extension pipe. Does it matter where you put the extension pipe? As in, does it go before the axle-back portion of the exhaust or does it go before the y-pipe section of the exhaust? Also, it says that silencers were included...I don't really see any silencers, can someone point them out to me? Thanks in advance!

If no one chimes in with the answer, you can always remove the oem system and lay it side by side with the aftermarket. It should be fairly easy to identify where the adapter should go once you line them both up.

I believe it goes before the y-pipe. And the silencers are welded on. You can't remove them

Extension piece is bolted to the y-pipe, then the catback bolts on after that.

shift_craNk is all over it.

Thanks for all the answers guys! Figured out where the extension goes. Ok, so the silencers are welded in. The install went very good, just I have a tiny problem where one tip sits inside the bumper and hits the bumper a little bit, and the other one is totally fine. Is there anything I could do about that? I was just going to bend the hanger a little so that it can move away from the bumper, I saw that it has melted a little of the bumper already...

Well, it's not melting the whole bumper lol, over exaggerated a bit. It's just so close to the bumper where the exhaust normally is and it moves around a little when driving so it burned/melted that little part of the bumper. You can't notice it unless you reallky look, I have to move the left side down and out more.

Hey how are you guys bending the hangers? Would a regular old torch work?
