lol some people just dont have the urge i guess.
on the other hand, im a junkie sometimes. when i had my 1992 240sx, i cut the limiter wire at the ECU to go past the 1st limiter and it allowed me to hit that popular 125/130 mark. but there was another limiter up around there i think it was a rev limiter. anyway it sucked.
240s are just geared way too low for any good top speeds. ive always dreamed of a lower ratio rear end to get higher top speeds and better gas mileage. stock is 3.9 or 4.1 im pretty sure... so around 3.5 would be great... but it would make the quarter mile and all around acceleration slower so forget it
besides the 240, ive had my katana 750 up at the 160 mark on the speedo, which is probly really only around 150, but still its a rush.
oh and my nissan truck with the ka in it, i bury it often lol the needle stops at around 110 or 115, but the truck keeps building RPMs so im guessing it tops out around where a stock 240 does.
oh yea, and my old automatic naturall aspirated Z32 300zx, i had up around 130 or 140. but honestly i didnt trust that thing as much as my 240s. although it was very fuggin comfy up around that speed. way more comfy than anything else i topped out
