Most go with topsonline.com or a couple ebay sellers.

I've got to replace mine in a couple months, I'll probably go with topsonline.

I would first check with your local car upholstery shops like NismoRTuneS13 said....mainly because if your not going to install the top yourself most shops will not install a top that you buy, at least that was the case for me. I bought my top off the internet and it took me a long time to find a shop that would install it. All my local shops that turned me down said they would only install a top from vendors they buy from...and when I spoke to the guy that installed my top he let me know why...the top I had bought didn't have much extra fabric so it was pretty hard from him to get it pulled tight but he did manage and did a great job. But, he did tell me that when I needed another top to let him order the top from his vendor...the top he would have ordered would have been about $30 more but he would stand behind it if the top had any defects or started coming apart. Oh yeah...he also told me that he could order the back curtain (window) tinted or not...I didn't have that option when I got mine off eBay, but it's a great looking OEM fabric top. Good luck!

There has been a few that have done it themselves but I can't recall who it was right now...think someone even had detailed pictures of when they did the install. Search the vert forum and I'm sure you will find it. It's not a job for the fainthearted, I wouldn't jump into it without doing research either. Consult the Convertible supplement FSM too, you can download it here: 240sx-convertible-facts-faqs-and-stickies-t199318.html it's the second link down. Hope this helps. Yeh, ive been reading stuff for the past 2 days. According to the PO my top is new, and it is in great shape to looks and I have no leaks, but its fitted like s***. Its pulled about 3 inches too far over the rear window, so it doesnt wrap all the way around on the sides, so its just kinda...hanging there.
