Okay, so during a troubleshooting session on the SR. I had mocked up my 60-1 turbo on a ebay top mount turbo manifold. And from what it looks like, the turbo is basically sitting on my brake master cylinder. How do I avoid this problem? I'm sure it's not a good thing for that turbo to be so close to the brake master cylinder of all things. Also, other than the turbo rubbing, I purchased a 38mm Tial Wastegate which also looks like it will not fit either, it's aiming right into my lower part of the strut tower.

If I were to purchase a log style manifold would it be able to fix these fitment problems, with the turbo and wastegate?

My friend had the same thing happen to him. This is why you don't buy eBay parts, especially parts that are going to be taking extreme heat abuse.

No one know if the log style manifold will fix my problems?
