Hoping some can help me on this one. I have just completed installing a top mount on my sr20det, but the back part of the turbo hit the brake cylinder. I plan on making a shield over it to keep it from melting everything close, but the main problem is the brake. Do they make a smaller cylinder from a 300Z or anything like that?? Any suggestions.

Was you car a Automatic? Because I believe the Master Cylinder sticks out more on the Auto S13. Swap it for a M/T cylinder, maybe?

It was an automatic when I first bought it. I just added the clutch cylinder when I did the swap. I will check into the part numbers to see if they are different. Thanks, I didn't think about that.

The Autyo brake booster is your problem...they are smaller in diameter and ~1-1.5" thicker.

Swap to a 5-speed booster, and you'll be A-OK.

(This is a common, known issue for KA-T guys, FYI...)
