I have just installed a top mount manifold with a to4e turbo, and have encountered a clearence problem with the brake master cylinder. What can I do? Any help/ideas would be thankful.

Buy an "on center" turbine housing of the same A/R and trim.

....thats if the new turbine housing would be cheaper than just buying another manifold.

This post is too vague! You need to tell us what manifold you're using. I'm pretty sure it's one of the SS Autocrap units or their ebay copy cats and if it is, you need to try and get one that fits better or have it re-welded.

Search for the test fit thread I made a few months back using the ssauto top mount mani. I suppose you can't even get the turbo to fit on the manifold because it hits the BMC and probably part of the shock tower too?

You can either try having a wedge flange made, where it tilts the turbo towards the engine more, and raises it up a little bit. You could have the whole flange repositioned, or else just sell the piece of junk like i did.
