Top Mount guys- How much did you guys pay for custom DP and Dumptubes? Ideas?

So guys what is a good price to pay for the labor and materials for my custom DP for my top mount setup? Also do you think I should have it made to bolt up to a standard 3" sr20det downpipe or have him make it from the turbo to the resonated test pipe?
