I've never had a problem with them. As for SullivanRacing06, he just has bad blood between him and mike over some things. There will always be more people crying and complaining about things on forums than people that post good things that have happened. You can search nico and find a handful of people with problems with them considering they have sold well over 1000 mount sets and done hundreds of motor swaps and builds. With any shop there will be flukes and conflicts, it happens and in business it is unavoidable. Sadly, as I said before, normally only the bad things reach the forums.

their mounts ( i purchased 2 sets) sucks a** both times i used them, horrible cust service said it was my fault, and rebadged garbage from cheaper companies (manifolds), the 500 dollers you spend on that manifold is half of the price of a 6boost which i personally own and will say its a kick a** manifold !!! outside of that, this was TOLD to me but my buddy said they built his motor and got it back in s*** shape and he had to replace it with another one (SR). there is a reason they are not around anymore...

That's funny...I've personally installed many sets on cars. The only problem I ever had where from the isolators but I cured it with poly inserts. Who had the engine problem, the SR that was in s*** shape and when was it built?

They are still around just so you know. They just avoid taking in more workload than they can handle.

kinda late, but I bought the GReddy IM from this seller and we'll see..
I should be receiving it tomorrow morning/afternoon.
I will post up some results to see whether the intake manifold is real or not, then you can conclude for yourself whether he's selling the real TopHat mani or not.

Top Hat has the Wal-mart quality of the RB world. Their mounts are flimsy garbage with mounting holes that don't even line up with the subframe slot. You shouldn't have to pay $300+ for parts that cost $30 to fabricate and don't even bolt-on without modification to them. Plus, the $10 rubber isolators that they provide from a 1985 Buick Century are top notch. With that said, the new version of those mounts from whoever bought the design from TopHat (can't remember the name) is producing them now with beefed up steel and made several improvements to them.

They don't make that manifold, it is a rebranded chinese manifold like nisilvia mentioned. If you don't mind running a small T3 turbo, it will work fine. If you want to run anything with a decent compressor on it, it will conflict with the valve cover...guaranteed.

+1 to what Darius and Stricnyne said.

Its an eBay Mani rebadged.
So you'll be paying 5 times the price for a eBay Mani.
Buy a 6boost or a stec they're supposed to be good.

FYI I'm rocking hockey Puck mounts since those crappy isolators took a crap.
Also I have the Top Hat upper Plenum and it was made really shytty.
I had vacuum leaks in it that drove me crazy.
MIKE said to send it back to him them ignored me and dodged me like the plauge.
