Top Hat has the Wal-mart quality of the RB world. Their mounts are flimsy garbage with mounting holes that don't even line up with the subframe slot. You shouldn't have to pay $300+ for parts that cost $30 to fabricate and don't even bolt-on without modification to them. Plus, the $10 rubber isolators that they provide from a 1985 Buick Century are top notch.

With that said, the new version of those mounts from whoever bought the design from TopHat (can't remember the name) is producing them now with beefed up steel and made several improvements to them.
They don't make that manifold, it is a rebranded chinese manifold like nisilvia mentioned. If you don't mind running a small T3 turbo, it will work fine. If you want to run anything with a decent compressor on it, it will conflict with the valve cover...guaranteed.
